V3’s previous employee training process was inefficient and cumbersome. It consisted of a set of emailed links that redirected to a series of training videos for new hires. This approach was rigid, time-consuming, and difficult to track, making it challenging for both managers and employees to stay on top of progress and ensure comprehensive learning.
