Initially Texas Health Resources didn’t incorporate eCommerce functionality into their website, making this a novel solution.

Solution

Bringing commerce to life

Texas Health Resources partnered with XCentium to integrate eCommerce into their technology infrastructure.

The new Sitecore OrderCloud solution enabled users to donate to a specific cause or event hosted by Texas Health Resources, with the option to choose from preset donation amounts or specify their preferred donation amount. It also offered additional functionalities like one-time payments, recurring contributions, or pledge donations.

We integrated Authorize.net as a payment gateway that empowered Texas Health Resources to accept credit card payments as well as Google Pay and PayPal. Following the launch, we provided hypercare support.

Business users had the capability to generate reports on orders placed through customized admin portals.
