Globus's legacy solutions hindered innovation because of fear of breaking these systems. 
Globus' homegrown, digital asset and product information management solution had grown expensive to maintain, lacked modern functionality, and suffered from performance issues.

As a result, individual Globus brands turned to disparate, disconnected, and unsupported platforms. This misalignment made it challenging to find and reuse content assets, impacting productivity and customer experience, and driving up licensing costs.

Globus partnered with Sitecore and XCentium to implement Content Hub to manage digital assets and product content across all their sites and brands worldwide.


XCentium delivered an enterprise solution with a global reach, that improves Globus's content lifecycle process and creates dynamic and personalized experiences.

Since rolling out the first phase of their Content Hub initiative, Globus is exceptionally pleased with its outcomes so far. Serving as a centralized DAM and PIM for every Globus brand worldwide. Content Hub enabled content authors to quickly create content across all regions and languages, while supporting advanced search capabilities and sharing of assets. Content is easily distributed to multiple downstream channels having one unified source.
