Delivering a global rollout


Melaleuca partnered with XCentium to deliver a redesigned and expanded website with excellence without impacting day-to-day business.

Their new website uses Sitecore XP to deliver scalability, flexibility and personalization. With customer data, analytics, AI and marketing automation all powered by Sitecore XP, day-to-day tasks are easily completed, and content is concisely stored.

The Sitecore solution was built on Azure to handle thousands of concurrent shoppers, ensuring customers never experience lagging. This is an ongoing partnership resulted in a global rollout across North America, Europe and China.

Embarking on a digital transformation journey


Most commerce sites have a standard Product Detail Page that follows a template of a handful of different components, but our client had hundreds of unique components to build out 1000s of PDPs. This meant a heavy load of content entry that needed to be done. These RTE maestros have put in over a year of content creation work, embedded with our client's team in order to improve their content workflow.


The new experience is an ADA compliant, multi-site, multi-lingual solution with over 170 custom built components. Our team of experts wrote over 70 rules to support personalization, while implementing a headless solution to support their mobile application. Our client's experience is a full-scale and flexible commerce solution that supports 8 sites so far.
