About Texas Health Resources (THR)

Texas Health Resources is one of the largest faith-based nonprofit health systems in the United States and the largest in North Texas. With a mission to provide exceptional care, THR serves a significant number of inpatients and outpatients across the region.

Texas Health Resources faced a unique challenge: integrating eCommerce functionality into their website. Until then, THR had not utilized eCommerce to facilitate donations for causes and events. • Custom Admin Portal: Business users gained the ability to generate detailed reports on orders placed, enhancing visibility and control over transactions.

After the launch, we provided hypercare support to ensure everything ran smoothly and to address any immediate issues.
