Director of Business Development


We are looking for an experienced Director of Business Development who can help grow XCentium to the next level. Your primary focus will initially be California, but longer-term we are looking at a wider market.


Responsibilities

  • To grow XCentium's customer base and increase our project portfolio
  • To manage existing accounts for maintaining customer loyalty and growing the accounts
  • Expand XCentium's market from California to larger territories
  • To explore and hire new talent for expanding the XCentium sales team


Qualifications

  • Must be highly skilled, energetic and motivated with a proven track record of selling IT consulting services 
  • Experience selling Web, CRM, Commerce, CMS, SharePoint, Business Intelligence, Salesforce, Custom Development and Cloud related consulting services in the California market 
  • Significant existing network/business relationships with senior client executives 
  • Experience in interacting with C-level executives, doing sales proposals and presentations 
  • Experience in managing and growing accounts 
  • Experience in establishing channel partners and growing channel relationships (CRM, CMS, Commerce, etc.) 
  • Ability to hit the ground running from day 1 
  • Ability to deliver about $1.5 - $2.5M in annual sales quota 
  • Ability to hire and grow the sales team
