Client is an expert in analyzing and underwriting commercial and multi-unit residential real estate. Client needed a robust CRM solution for managing the complex processes and rules involved with commercial real estate – Property, Project, Borrower, Lender, Mortgage, Lender, Borrower, Owner, Shareholders, etc.
Worked with client in identifying all custom objects, their relationships, workflows and reporting needs. Implementation using default objects and custom objects (with multi-level hierarchies and dependencies) in Salesforce.
Use of Google Docs for storing all project/property related documents and file management. Implementation of general Lead/Opp/Account management, Correspondence features.
Custom triggers and workflow to track status of projects (field level triggers as well as state level).
