Solution

We worked with the client in documenting as-is processes and designing to-be processes for Lead Generation, Lead Conversion, Opportunity Management, Product & Pricing Management, Quote Creation, Account Management, Key Management and Upgrades. The business processes were then mapped to different applications (E-Commerce, Salesforce ®, Accounting, Product License Management). We worked with the client in implementing these applications and also integrating them.
